Written Narrations to Essay Writing

This is a writing camp packet I created for a group of homeschool students who were already used to writing narrations but had not moved into the realm of essay writing. Using the books Know and Tell and The Lively Art of Writing, students worked for 5 days in a "boot camp" to practice the art of writing essays. Prior knowledge and reading of The Lively Art of Writing is optional. However, to become a better essayist I encourage all parents and students to read and complete the assignments given inside the handy little book by Lucille Vaughn Payne.
